About us Located in Moorebank NSW, MoNDC and MoRDC is the latest distribution centres being added to the Primary Connect Network. The 44,900 sqm facility - equivalent to almost three times the size of the Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG). This will strengthen Primary Connect's national supply chain and service more than 1,000 Woolworths Supermarkets across Australia with more than 12,000 product lines. What you'll do Lead, coach and mentor direct reports, creating a customer first culture that delivers great results Daily management of the business to achieve planned/budgeted KPIs, cost outcomes, safety measures and service levels. Build and promote a team environment with a focus on working collaboratively Conduct team member assessments of competence Complete administrative tasks associated with managing the team including management of leave, time and attendance and injury management.
